Have henchmen been removed? The last game I started it was no longer in the technology tree. I started a new game to verify and same thing.
This might be a stupid question, but are you playing Altar or their blood? They are the only ones with henchmen.
I'm not playing Altar. I did not realize henchmen were only available to Altar. Thanks for the clarification.
