Also, just to be helpful, try and be a little more descriptive about what is going on.  Saying a game won't work is like your mom calling you from another state saying her computer won't work and expecting you to be able to fix it from there.  The more information you give the guys on the forum, the better chance that someone can either figure out what is happening or give you some ideas on what is causing the problem (and maybe even help the company fix the issue in a future patch).
