I've completed 89% of the single-player achievements and thought I'd try to get another one.  I thought I'd get the TEC Civilian Researcher.  Per the game, you achieve this by researching every subject in the civilian tree while researching no subjects in the military or defense trees.

I tried once, but was offered a victory before I had completed the entire civilian tree.  I declined the immediate victory, but the achievement never unlocked.  So I thought, oh well, guess I have to do this before I'm offered a victory.

Today I did this again and deliberately held back pursuing a victory until I had all the civilians techs and still no achievement.  I was going to write about this bug, but then I noticed that the Steam listing of the achievement includes one other factor.  Per the Steam list, you must also avoid researching anything in the Diplomacy tree.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF THIS WAS MENTIONED IN THE GAME...
