Ok, don't know if this is a bug or not or if just a needed feature request. I find myself being blocked by allies and enemies alike when they place cities or outposts across narrow strips of land and I can't move past. Please fix.
Although i agree that we should be able to travel through allies outposts. There is a third level earth spells called raise and lower land that will allow you to go around the outpost.
Unless, of course, one doesn't have access to this spell (which happens to me enough of the time to be an issue). As the OP said, please fix.
...or you get trapped in a Wildland, which prevents the casting of Raise/Lower Earth. This really needs to get fixed.
