I know I can delete custom sovereigns, I can't find a way to delete custom factions though. Have I missed it?
You have to go to your game files and delete them manually.
If you have win 7, My documents-my games-fallen enchatress-races
Go into MyDocuments/MyGames/FallenEnchantress/Race and delete the file.
