I've been playing around with the game for the last couple of days. I quite enjoy the new elements, and note that it is much easier to have big losses when you're not paying attention - the pain (but a little thrill) at seeing your squadron of drone hosts annihilated by a titan while trying to jump away...
Haven't had any crashes at all and most of the issues I have spotted seem to have already been covered, but there's a couple of little things I've come across:
- I'll add my voice to the ones saying you can't tell the difference between loyalist and rebel early on. If I have a competitor nearby I want to know what I am dealing with, and there's no way of telling them apart pretty much until the titan comes along.
- When a moon is colonised, the audio and popup says 'planet colonised' which seems rather odd.
- When I enter a planet well, my (advent rebel) titan seems to go after fighters instead of staying with the rest of the fleet. I sent my fleet into a grav well to see a few structures with a smaller enemy fleet that included a titan. Fleet went to engage and seeing I was clearly better I went off to sort out some production. Came back 30 seconds later to see my titan nowhere near the rest of the fleet - it was going after some fighters in the opposite direction. Bug with attack priorities?
