I just finished a game playing as the advent rebels. Killing the TEC Loyalist homeworld resulted in victory, deciding to keep playing, the victory announcement looped continuously in the background before the game crashed after roughly 10 minutes.
Same here.
This is happening for TEC Loyalists as well, so it's likely a global bug for all factions.
