[.86] Cannot see all my armies

Make the armies / cities list scrollable

Hello everyone;

I am sure someone must have mentioned this but I could not find it. Once my number of armies becomes large enough the list of armies down the left hand side of the screen does not allow me to get to all of the armies. Currently I am limited to seeing about ten armies or armies and cities. Right now I have thirteen armies (according to my Govern Ledger) but I cannot do anything with armies eleven through thirteen because I cannot access them.

I have tried using the scroll feature of my laptop's touchpad when my cursor is over top of the armies list but it does not do anything.

Please provide a scroll bar for this list of armies / cities / quests once it gets longer than the screen can display.

Keep up the great work. Looking forward to the next Beta release.

I've never had that many armies, but I have had the problem with armies at the top and cities under them. After capturing enough opponents' cities, I could not scroll down to see them all. I was able to scroll that list in the .77 patch, but it doesn't seem to work in .86. Even in .77, it was tempermental about the cursor placement at the bottom of the screen to get it to scroll down, but in .86 it seems broken.
