Mods for Vanilla Sins?

I'm new here so sorry if you're not suppose to make threads like this but I was wondering what the best mods for the Original Sins are.

Any help is appreciated.

Maelstrom and SOA2 are the main ones I know of. Most mods have moved over to the expansions as they are easier to mod and have more things that can be done with them.

Well there certainly were a lot more but they have been made obsolete by recent patches. I'm unsure of how much effort it would take to update them, but harpo would be the expert on that.

regarding older sins mods,the mod updater can update ANY vanilla sins mod from 1.15 and later to the current 1.191, BUT any mod from earlier than 1.15 IS NOT able to be updated by the mod updater because of several issues including the change of use of the channels in the textures in 1.10, and all the earlier than 1.15 used the ONE mods folder, at least from 1.15 each version has it's OWN mods folder, which helps the mod updater significantly.

So basically find a mod thats only as old as 1.15 and it can upgrade the mod to the current patch and therefor let me play it on 1.191?

Ok new question, Wheres the best place to find mods? I tried Moddb but most of those mods are TBA or the downloads for the original Sins are no longer available.
