I've been trying to make ways for Refineries to be better than they currently are.
I have tried two main ideas:
1. Give refineries a weaker version of the resource focus ability that the advent trade port has, that doesn't cancel the refineries structure work.
2. Simply improve the amount of resources gained from refinery ships.
I can't find the refinery values, nor can I figure a way to make a copy of the resource focus ability (I'm new at this, honestly)
