First of all, do you collect friends? Do they come in cards too?
Second, This is not facebook you know.
Third, as the overlay system is lame, I have to scroll way down if I want to find a specific friend, so I think I must have removed over 100 friends since I started playing demigod.
Lastly, The less friends I got the better for me, because as I said above, the overlay window gets "crowded".
All in all, this post is lame.
