I had a similar problem recently. In a game I played yesterday everyone got disconnected so I won against the AI. My games list, however, recorded it as a loss, yet it was not recorded in my stats. Some of my games where I was pit against the AI from the start and won also have not been recorded in stats, despite being on my games list.

This has only happened to me since the latest patch, so it leads me to believe that it caused games against AI to not be recorded in your win/loss ratio. Were your matches against the AI in some way? Did an opponent rage quit or something?

Same here. At least one game was finished with all human players still connected. At least one more had "my" side complete while the others quit while the rest of the game had disconnects at the start or during the middle of the game.

Yes, they have. They also plan on resetting the stats once the issues are worked out, so I wouldn't worry about games not being recorded.

I understand that these issues are frustrating, but we are trying our best to resolve all of the issues.  Suffice it to say, we will not do a stats reset until these issues are resolved. 

I'm not certain why games are not being saved at all.  That's something I'll have to look into.

As far as games showing as losses, it's likely that you were disconnected from the game and pitted in a new game against AI.  The original game is still going on, however.  When that game finishes, it's stats are saved and yours are not.  GPG and Stardock are both working in resolving these issues, both in preventing disconnects and in handling them more gracefully.
