A few questions

About keybinding and multiplayer

I have a few questions, as a recent purchaser of Demigod:

1)  How come I cannot bind to the buttons on my mouse?  I have 5 buttons, and I'd like to use them in game!

2) Is there going to be a client/server hosting, or at least a client/server matchmaking system?  What if I wanted to play, say, a 3v3 with 2 of my friends?  Would we be forced to create a custom p2p game, or will there be a matchmaking system where we can ally and search for another team, aka Warcraft III? 

3) Please tell me that there will be another multiplayer system rather than the current P2P custom game option.  If not, there's no way my friends will buy this, and I don't blame them.

They are supposed to be installing servers to deal with the P2P debacle.  Give them a few weeks.

3) I would say impulse will be closer to hybrid P2P than pure P2P. Due to the proxy server setups, etc. Don't think hybrid P2P is a correct terminalogy though, but I think that's pretty easy to understand.

Will there be a match making systems for teams, aka warcraft III?  The current p2p system is beyond horrible; something I'd expect in '99, not 2009, and seriously needs to be addressed (not to mention the ready button in p2p is just a terrible idea...).  Also, will there be a friends list, or something like that?  Demigod needs something similar to battle.net for anyone to continue playing it, and this game shouldn't be been launched without that!  I guess we'll find out on the 8th whether or not I recommend Demigod to my friends.

yes, there are plans to allow teams to join Pantheon, beyond that, no one knows. The clan system is something that will be dealt with once the servers/P2P/whatever  are reliable
