About the Collector's Edition

Is the Collector's Edition the same as the DD version through Impulse or are they completely different? I just wanted to know because I just recieved my retail box version of The Collectors Edition in the mail yesterday and was wondering if there were any extra's on the DVD(s) I should know about.

I bought collectors at the store. I got a fancy poster, a soundtrack disc, and a small little Rook figure.

A pre-order download version of the game was also supposedly a collector's edition.  What are the collector's edition goodies through the download version?  So far they haven't been very apparent.

(btw, any eta on when the upgrade to retail box from digital download will become available?)

I think they've been too busy with the networking/servers to release the digital versions of the goodies..
