Digital download upgrade to retail?

Sorry if this has been discussed but a cursory search did not bring it up.  When will the upgrade from the digital download pre-order to the retail box pre-order be available as promised.  As some others may have done, I chose the digital version in august before becoming aware that the retail version would also grant digital download access, and that it was a collectors edition.  I expected an email on the subject by now to be honest.  Perhaps I accidentally deleted it alongside some junkmail?

A page will likely be put up after release, then you'll just go there to add it to your cart and check out as with a normal purchase.

My friend also bought it online already, what do you mean page?  He would have preferred to get it in the store but found out he could not participate in the beta anymore.  Is there anyway for him to change that?

Your friend wants to cancel his on-line order and buy from a brick and mortar store?

I talked to Stardock sales, they will have a page up to change your order from digital to boxed copy + digital, for a small fee + s/h. (guess)
