Support should be able to assist if your serial is missing. One somewhat common thing to look into in the meanwhile is that if you bought it from a store that guts the shelf boxes, they may have removed the serial sticker and forgotten to give it to you at purchase.
Since GC2 Ultimate is a new run it's too early to know if there are any production issues with missing serials.
