Hi! I wanna preorder the game to get into de beta. The problem is that I want the physical edition but I found that I had to pay 30$ in delivering...that's a lot. Is there any way I can preorder it to play beta3 BUT get the physical game when it's released in my country (Spain) instead of paying almost twice it's price?

I do not think it is possible.
But, maybe: pre-order now the digital version, and just before release pay the extra money for the boxed version. You still will pay a lot for the box but you delay the payment a little.

No, if you want to get beta access you have to preorder direct, and all direct orders get the US English box. If you want a localized retail copy you will need to buy one from a European shop.
