I must be daft but I can make a "NEW" ship, I can "FOCUS" which I suppose determines what goes on the new automatic ship designs, and I can "UPGRADE" which rips all the gobbins off the ship and makes me place them again.  Is there no Edit to allow me to go in and just resize or move some of the existing engines/guns/etc. around or do I really need to replace them all?  I've clicked everywhere and I feel like I'm missing something stunningly obvious .
