No pop-up to change Govt. type when tech researched

In beta 4B when you research the appropriate Government the game doesn't prompt you to change your government type. In the Beta 4B post Brad made he noted that this should now work and it doesn't.

It does popup, eventually... sometimes it would take a couple turns in the last game I played. o.O

This dosen't pop up immediatly?  I does on all the games I play, but we'll be on the lookout.

It popped up immediately in the one game I've tried so far on 4b. That was for Republic.

OK, I got immediate popups for Democray and Federation as well. I noticed that the announcement for Federation is "The Star Federation form of government now available" instead of "is now available".

I've played two games with beta 4B and I've had no immediate popups for any government type.
