Not sure if this is right here or should be a Bug Report. As I don’t see it as a Bug necessarily, I put it here in Feedback.

As a Vasari player I get temporary units thanks to the Skirantra Carriers “Replicate Forces”. This creates 3 copies of a targeted unit for 3 minutes. While this copied units are alive, they also cost fleet supply, that way preventing to start build my reinforcement, as the fleet supply is already used up. In my opinion, temporary units should not cost any fleet supply, don’t care, what created this units. Not sure if there are other cases like this.
