Good Evening All. I just purchased the game and started it on really easy mode. My home planet is now full with no more improvements to build or upgrade. What do I do to stopp it from going back to that planet so I can continue the game?

If you mean the game keeps wanting you to "build" something on the planet, there should be some icons on the right side of the screen that supply wealth and if you have researched the tech Modules for your Starbases. Click one and then highlight it there should be a icon on the pop-up that reads continue building. You could always just click the Module or wealth Icon a dozen, or two times and the game will notify you when it has finished, in case you research a Terraforming tech and can build a new tile.
