The screen snapshot below shows the popup that appears when you hover over the title bar of the Freemind Center faction on the Factions tab of the Leaders screen.  It purports to show what the impact will be when you assign a leader to that faction, but it contradicts itself.  It says that ship range will increase by some amount based on the member leader's Resolve, but then at the bottom it says "+0.8% Maintenance to all Ships".

Based on what happens when I assign a leader the that faction, I suggest that the text saying "Ship Range" should be changed to "Maintenance" and the associated hover text should also be changed so that hovering over "Maintenance does not show the hover text for "Ship Range".

I would also suggest that the text for ALL factions should be checked for consistency by the person that is assigned to work on this issue.
