Save game crashes each time

Before my turn begins

Title says it all.  I have reached a point in my game which I cannot progress beyond.  I saved the game file and shared it here so anyone can try it themselves.   I have already tried 'validate files' to no effect. 

Using Win 10 home.   8 GB ram.

Any help would be appreciated.  I'm not too excited about starting a new game if this is possible to reoccur.  This is my fourth  run - the others finished fine but did crash on occasion.

Do you have any mods enabled in your save by chance? Just want to make sure the team has all the info it needs.

No mods; plain vanilla install less than a month ago.

Hi,

I am not certain as to whether you save file is repairable, but our team is looking into what caused this so that we can fix the root of the issue in future builds. I will update you if the root issue is resolved, which may result in your save being playable again depending on if the issue resolution requires a fresh save game.
