So from what I'm reading, it looks like the upcoming game roster is going to look something like this. I wonder if all the candidates from 2020 are returning, because with primaries being a big feature, it would only make sense to get as much variety as possible.

Seems like RFK Jr and Marianne Williamson is another obvious pick going by how Political Machine chooses their candidates. Wonder if we'll see any remnants from the candidate architect idea that was promised in 2020. Cornel West seems like another obvious candidate that has grown his profile immensely as a third party candidate. Really looking forward to some more minority inclusions on the Republican side, Vivek is a good start, so I guess I wouldn't be wrong to guess Tim Scott is going to be next. Love what I have seen so far!!!

Assuming No Labels gets any steam, it could be interesting to see how speculative no-labels candidates would fare in this game, as they'd have interesting ideology trees. This might be a random idea, but Tucker Carlson and Cenk Uygur can always make their appearance in this game as firebrand candidates perhaps? I'm sure YouTubers would get a kick out of those. Who knows. But I always have my hopes on a Joe Manchin appearance for centrist gameplay whatever he may decide to do this upcoming election season.

Hoping advertisements actually affect issues more, since they barely did so in 2020, and were good for some regional awareness if anything that would amplify with awareness, they always got trumped in cost-effectiveness by speeches, in that game. Hopefully interviews are more about expressing stances on the issues with every answer having its own risk/reward base, instead of being a memorization game to get the most ideology points out of every interview. Hoping that intelligence is put to good use in debates and interviews in this game and can be used to formulate powerful strategies of its own, where-as the current strategy is to just invest heavily in media bias and stamina, at the expense of everything else.

As long as this game fixes the issues with intelligence, charisma, and experience, then I think we'll be on a very great path for what will be a definitive sequel. Can't wait to see how experience enmeshes with operative, political action card strategies. Here's to hoping debates are a whole mini-game on its own that appears online that can make or break races.

4-5 person multiplayer online is going to be nothing short of sick. If this game takes off big, I think it'll have an amazing base.

Wonder if we'll see the campaign feature make a comeback in this game as it was another promised feature in 2020 that never came to fruition, but that could've been fun for unlocking potential.

But most importantly, the potential of the workshop! More candidate customization features seem promising. I'd be very inclined to see if maps/scenarios is somewhere down the line on the roadmap, with the potential to play various election scenarios online. It'd be the perfect way to expand replayability for another 4 years to come. Because I think this game has that potential 😀
