Can you post your saved game? I'll take a look. Also was this on a NEW game since the latest one or were you continuing it from a previous?
Whenever I see a new version has been installed I start a new game so, yes, this was a new game started under 1.55.377081.
With respect to providing a save file, this is not an issue that repeats itself from a save file. I have set the automatic save file option to save every turn. When I load the most recent save file, the game does not get stuck again at the end of the turn. This means that providing you with the save file would be useless since you would not be able to duplicate the issue with it.
One thing that I think I have noticed is that a message from an AI civilization seems to always come up at the end of the turn where the game previously got stuck. I can not say for sure that this is what is causing the game to get stuck, but I think it worth taking a look to see if, somehow, the messages are not being displayed and, since we cannot see them, we cannot respond resulting in a stuck turn.
