Ships need to be spaced further apart more. Espcially on the smaller units. Ive had 80 light frigates in a fleet and they just cluster up. Torpedo and Missile Cruisers do the same thing.
We're going to be doing a pass on spatial data for each unit which will fix some of the clustering you're seeing.
