lol why is this not mentioned while selling curtains. Please understand that start 10/11 is also a paid software. anyways bro please guide on the procedure to get a refund of Curtains.
Start10 or Start11 is not required for curtains to skin the taskbar. It is required to skin the start menu but the taskbar will skin without those.
If you are not getting transparency on the taskbar when the first thing to check is if you have anything else running that might also be impacting the taskbar transparency. Tools like OpenShell/Classic shell could do if they also have options to control the transparency level.
