Error after V0.81 Update unable to load game

I went to play the new V 0.81 and when I tried to load the game after update I get this error now.

I tried the following:

1. Verify files and relaunch game

2. reboot computer and relaunch game

3. Delete game, reinstall game, relaunch game

4. Delete game, rebooted, reinstall game, relaunch game

Nothing has worked..... Have any ideas?

Didn't work still error code LS-0013

Searching for that error code returns the following result

I recommend verifying game files for a start.

  1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
  2. Click Library.
  3. Click the three dots next to the game you want to verify.
  4. Click Verify.

I was able to solve the issue by fixing the environment variable by doing the following:

Press the Windows and 'R' Key at the same time. A "Run" dialog box should appear, paste the line below and click OK:

Systempropertiesadvanced

The "System Properties" menu should appear. Click the 'Environment Variable' button, and under 'System Variables' select the 'Path' entry and click 'Edit'. (Example: http://screencast.com/t/fpYioUMO)

%SystemRoot%\system32

If the line above is missing, please add a 'New' line.
