DLC state of partial install

anyone know what I need to do with this? game played perfect yesterday, went back to load my saved game and got this message when I hit "play", The following DLC Folders are in a state of partial install then drops me to desktop..I have verified files in steam, several times, and get the message there are two bad files, I reload those two files, nochange, still get kicked, so I deleted the entire game and reloaded, no help still get kicked, tried that twice...tried the right click steam and load as an administrator, no help

This got resolved, the problem was a windows auto update the night after I installed the latest DLC, the "magic" fix was restarting my computer a couple of times, then reinstalling the game again afterwards.<shrug>
