I had an idea for my custom faction: underwater bases! Explicit underwater bases, not just terraform-anywhere. So when I went to mod it in, the game yelled at me because LandPercentageMax was not a valid parameter. If it became one, it could be used for coastal reclamation and undersea bases. It might also have other applications.
Fortunately, my Faction can totally work without it, it just would have been neat fluff. So, I bring it here... because it would be really neat fluff!
