Black Screen on Invasion Bug

So Far So Good

I have run a new 0.97.5 game and run > 50 invasion tests on five different planets, both major and minors, and with different approaches to the attack and different combinations of transports and different populations in transports. So far I have have had ZERO bad invasion events. I have been defeated some times, but that was poor leadership, those leaders will be sacked.

Very curious what results other people are having with the latest hot fix.

So far, so good. No freeze in planet invasion. In battle viewer though... That's another story

Ok, it's not as bad as it was. It happenned only once tonight, in about 3hrs of play.

Sorry to hear you are still having problems with the battle viewer. It's been two or three weeks since I had a battle viewer freeze; before that it was fairly common. Hopefully they can get you sorted out fairly quickly.

I have freezes, different ones for invasion now. and it seems to reproduce.

Basically, the AI invades 3 of my planets in the same turn, then I'm stuck at the invasion screen saying "waiting for another player". And my game is stuck there. Unable to resolve the issue, unable to make peace with the Altarians.
