There were three anomalies in a corner, next to the Yor, who of course, were so backwards and stunted, at "genius" level, they couldn't reach out and grab them after turn 400... yeah. Of the two artifacts, one was cash, and the other was yet another precursor builders.
Terraforming is still not being used when gifted to them.
Approval relics don't appear to be working. They also still say "+approval", rather than "+goods and services". Curiouser.
On that subject, the morale readout has become rather arcane; negatives are vaguely implied, rather than clearly stated, and the second number on the readout is very much not clear how its arrived at. Lovely stack of attributes or modifiers under it, but my inner accountant is less than pleased with the inability to make heads or tails.
On the subject of relics, they're still ignored by the computer, as are resources.
For the Altarians, specifically, deleting a Temple of Tardis... that's probably not right, but fairly close, and should elicit a Whovian chuckle... does not allow you to rebuild it. I put one in on Altaria, and Wisp, at the same time; Wisp took 4, Altaria 2. When Altaria's completed, the one on Wisp vanished... logical within the framework of the game, if a bit nonsensical in real life.
Deleted the one on Altaria, to attempt to force them to pop at the same time on each of my world's... *poof*, gone from the list, never to return.
No more Temple of Bluebox for me. Or the Altarians, which is essentially the same thing, at this point, I guess.
Sadness, but the game was won in a few more turns anyway, so the Altarians just had to live with their shame.
They won, but they lost.
*edit* Reconsidered the terraforming thing. Corrected my comment. also reconsidered the galactic events thing, somewhat. still seems much lighter on ideology. */edit*
