I've been working on a ship, and saving it at various points each time with a different name. The last time I saved it, when I went to use the design, all the parts I had added since the previous save were invisible. They appear in the parts list at the bottom, but when selected their attributes (scale, rotation, offset) just show the values from the last visible piece I selected, or default values if I hadn't selected a visible piece prior.
