Question: What are the prerequisites for the UNIT trait "acrobat"?

I know that when I design units late game, I can choose the "acrobat" trait. I also know it is not available from the start.

Does anyone know what makes it available?

Note that I am not asking about the champion trait of the same name, the one that crowns the "Dodge" line of traits.
