[.98] [typo] Growth and Research tooltip in city detail screen

When you hover your mouse over the research value in a city, the text below the breakdown reads:

The more research your produce per season the faster you unlock new technologies.

"your" should be "you".  I would also put a comma in front of "the faster you..." but i have been known for cruelty to the common comma, so that may be wrong.

When you hover your mouse over the growth value in a city, the text below the breakdown reads:

Growth is the amount your population increases each season.

I believe that "Growth is the amount by which your population increases each season." would be better English.
