Something needs to be done about the mines !!!
100 mines per planet with 10XP for each one isn't too much XP for just doing nothing ? I fear it will be too easy to reach Titan's level 10 because of that ^^ don't you think?

That's the risk of mines, if your opponent actually brings scouts to sweep the minefield, they should be rewarded.
On the other hand, well placed mines (ie. on jump in points) can be devastating to an inbound fleet, and obviously provide no exp since they blew up of their own volition.
Yes but AI put them everywhere and haf the time it seems they don't work properly as much as I love the Idea of mines ( I killed so many fleets whit that thing
) I would prefer something like 30 to 40 mines max because 1000 XP it's 3 to 4 capital ships with low levels maybe too much for almost no trouble but its only because of the AI that use them so badly ^^
XP values shouldn't be estimated around how the AI behaves, but how human players do. A human player would focus mines in warp-in points and use them in combination with starbases or tactical buildings, making them are quite dangerous and worthwhile. Otherwise strikecraft should give no XP at all since the AI tends to suicide them into my ships, enabling me to put my fleet at the edge of their gravitywell and farm XP all day.
