Multiple FE folders in My Games folder?

Hi all

After installing the v0.85 Update, I now have two FE folders in My Games. 
One is named Fallen Enchantress, and the other is Fallen Enchantress-beta1.

It seems that the beta1 folder is the older one, it has all my custom Units and Races from v0.75. But that's not the folder used by the game, when I launch none of my custom Sov's are available?

Should I delete one of these folders? Or just copy my units over to new folder?
