The New Pantheon - Feedback Appreciated

I recently suggested some changes to Pantheon and it appears as if SD implemented them.  That said, I'd love to hear some feedback about any issues with the updated Pantheon.  T-man said this:

TBH, I didn't completely understand the point system when I requested 5k and I'm thinking this is a little low after seeing the total duration.  The goal is to have epoch's that actually end (literally, actually end), but also come up with something that is reasonable so that folks will have an interest in playing in pantheon.  So, am I right in saying that its a bit low now?  If so, any suggestions on a more appropriate level based on the population size? 

Also, if you have concerns about stat exploits associated with pantheon, here is a great place to bring them up.  Thanks!

5000 was one weekend,

Do you want 1 epoch per month?

eg: 20,000 for 4 weekends?

If you go higher, people might not play because the goal is out of reach.

eg: 50,000 for 10 weekends

OK - T-man changed it up to 50,000 from the 5k it was at.  This should still be attainable within like a month or so methinks.  Just FYI.  50k = now.
