Pervasive economy cheat? (exploitation)

Just finished 5v5 game and while watching charts even though i had on average 40 credits more per second of income than their feeder he was able to feed more than me.

True he was TEC and he had pervasive economy but after I watched reply I saw that he was whispering his ally to order to build ships and cancel them straight away.

This way I saw (in reply) he was getting 1000 credits in approximately 3-4 seconds while his income was around 100 at the moment. True most players were building but.....

I wonder if there is something in this "strategy" or cheat and if it should be changed that after canceling order you should loose as much credits as pervasive economy can give to someone.

Here is a reply....

Sounds like this is an exploit.  Pretty nasty one, at that.

End of quote

Just change pervasive economy to give the reward after the unit is completed rather than when it's initially queued.  Better than putting a pretty devastating tax on all players.

Should be easy to test with shift-clicking for expensive units.
