I think I deserve to play Beta until it releases. I'd message CS again about this but you decide not to write back constantly. Even Frog wrote me and never wrote back 
He cancelled his preorder after having played the beta. If you've downloaded the game and are not actually having any issues preventing you from playing (i.e., you just want your money back for whatever reason), we only offer 75% refunds. You can get 100% if you don't download it, or can't play (and we can't fix it).
Sorry, but you don't get to continue getting new betas after cancelling, it doesn't work that way. This particular matter was discussed to its end previously and there's not really any need to bring it up again.
Actually Frog messaged me a question and never responded neither did customer service? I've been waiting quietly and politely writing frog a few times a month to ask for an answer. But you're right who cares, guess the for the gamer shit was a total lie, ignore problems more like kids. I like Kyro, he was helpful, but you were the only one. And it really was just shut down and ignored. Not only that but they amended the order site so obviously it was an issue with more than just us.
