Pre- Name Ships

Quick question- how would I go about changing the names that are given to capitol ships before hand?  I know you can do it in game but I always name them the same things so I just want to alter that list but I do not know where to look or what to open the file with.  Thanks!

Hmmm I think it might be in strings....but that's just a guess. I'll look around
