Where do we see the changes in new patch from FEB 8th?

Well I just downloaded a new version of the game and I have no clue what they changed...why does NOTHING on the site describe what they changed? ANYONE? Please elaborate or link a description?

Or if you're in StarDock Central, select SSE, that will open up that small web-page like tab at the bottom of the screen. In that, press Game History, voila Latest Patch Notes.
