Dementæcon is pretty good in fact im using it right now it adds some fun to all the icons

Gold - the Smile 2 :))) has the most clear icons. As they look very nicely. This set the most full here! Silver - Dementæcon by MindlessPuppet the most original set here. Bronze - Pirate OS by treetog.

ooh - I'd say Pirate OS (not just because it's by Treetog, but because it is such high quality) and Last Order, then Flooter or Seed (which I'm using right now!)
