What Happened to Saturn Grey?

This morning I saw a new DX theme by Boxxi named SaturnGrey. I downloaded it and configured it. Sweet. Now I can't find anything anywhere about it. What happened?

Well, if you were looking through the DX Theme Gallery without being signed in that would have been the problem. That gallery requires a rating of 3.5 star ( 7 ) So a Theme with 3 stars (6) isnt visible to the public. It is also the same in the Widget gallery. You are only seen by WC members if you are given a 3.5 star or (7) rating. The wallpaper gallery requires a 4 star ( 8 ) rating to be seen.

As opposed to other galleries that are seen even if they have a 2 star or (4) rating.

So for all those that think it doesnt matter what something is rated...yes it does in reality. Thats why you see items with under 100 downloads while the item above it might have 10 times the amount. Its simply a matter of being " seen " verses being " not seen ". Not always one item being better than the other.

A jouneyman's status and above allows them to bypass moderation but upload with a 3 star (6) rating. If noone bothers to stop and rate something - it remains at 3 star (6) permanently.

I see people write " I don't bother to rate anything "

Well , maybe everyone should - but only if actually downloaded.

I just wanted to clarify here....If your a WC "Member" you can set your account to see any skins you wish no matter what the ratings. It's the "Non-Members" your actually referring to here. So this is one of the best reasons to become a paying member of Wincustomize.

I'm not saying it's not important to rate skins just clarifying who sees what.

When I was just a registered user (free account)....my Account....Preferences...Show skins with this rating or higher: would not give me any option to change to All Skins or 1 star.....only two stars and above......gave me that extra option when I became a subscriber.

Wish the Wallpaper gallery required a little less than the 4 stars to be seen......3 1/2 stars would be good!!...... 

I believe the rating for being seen by everyone is 6, not 7. But I could be wrong.
