Mining Military Resourse

Ive been mining a military resourse for a while now and nothing seems to be changing about my ships. How do I know its giving any affect off at all?????

Military resources are working, don't worry.
Did you send more constructors to the mining base in order to add some mining modules? The base on its own only gives +5% for attack and defense, thus you only see the effect when having values of 20 and above.

once you up grade it all the way you will start seeing the effect about values of 3 and above, military resource is VERY powerful!

you can actually see it when you combine fleets with greater than 20 attack

If you have two fully upgraded military resource starbases, your ships' attack and defence ratings DOUBLE.
( twice +50 give or take a bit )

In a game today, my enemy was adapted to my weaponry, and had a similar tech level.
My large hulled Vindicators still ripped through his M4 Frigates with such ferocity that I felt sorry for his crews.

If the starbase mining the resourse is destroyed will the bonouses to the vessels all revert back to what they were at the begining????

Yes, guard them well, and if possible, take out the AI's military resource starbases as your first step in starting a war with them, or as soon as possible if they attack you.
