I Cannot Download Collector's Ed Content - Says Serial # is not registered to this account.

Here is the exact error:
"Error 3: Serial Number Is Not Registered To This Account"
I suspect it is because when I pre-ordered from totalgaming, I used an email address I use for all my shopping, but when I signed up with stardock central I used a different email address just for Stardock stuff.
Now the website registration screen at https://www.galciv2.com/registration.aspx is getting confused when I enter my serial number.
Can someone help me out! I need my bling! And I want to see the galciv2 windows theme.
