SmartAz: Screwed and Mourning
Realtor from Hell Strikes Back
- Did the Realtor Witch throw a fit because I wasn't here to let her in as she demanded?
- Did they finally decide they couldn't sell the house while I was in it?
- Did they realize the house needs a hell of a lot of work before they could even begin to get the price they hoped for? Get me out, fix it up, sell it later?
- Is Witchey-poo trying to give herself a raise? (see next section)
No-one around here believes they actually sold the place. That's neither here nor there. They have the power to screw me on this and they're using it.
Even Crazy Witches Can Get RealtorĀ® Status
In my previous blog, I suggested the Realtor Witch was screwing me, the property owner, and herself for an approximately $35/month commission. I also said, "If she expects me to keep taking this b.s. and paying for the privilege she is more insane than I think she is." She is even crazier than I think she is. The day after delivering the "Notice to quit" (i.e., "Get out you SOB!") she calls and claims she wants to keep me as "a friend and a tenant." She wants to put me in a rinky-dink little property that's half the size and costs more than here! What, is she looking for a raise? Give me a break! She just did everything she could to screw me over, and she not only expects me not to exact a terrible vengeance upon her and the company for which she works, but she expects me to continue on with her at an even dearer price???? Wow.
Missed it by That Much
On the one hand I would like to think I
was "this close" to locking up this property. I had gathered my own
real estate team. I had a 100% mortgage lined up. I had a program
that will pay your down payment for you. The only thing I had to do
was a little bit of credit cleanup to satisfy my mortgage broker and
I was in like flynn. So I put all my efforts into that. I was mere
weeks from sewing everything up. Of course, none of this mattered to
the
Realtors from Hell.
On the other hand, I have grown to believe
none of it mattered. I think she just made up her mind at some point
that I was not to be taken seriously. I think no matter what I did
she would have found a way to screw me over. There wasn't a chance in
hell she was going to let me buy this house.
Hello Homelessness!
So now I have till April 1st to move and, because I funneled everything toward getting the mortgage, absolutely no money. Oh happy day. If anyone wants me, I'll be living under a bush down by the river, assuming I don't somehow manage to will myself dead before then. I've been laying on the floor demanding God kill me. Hasn't worked so far, but I'm ever hopeful.
