Hello Stardock, really liking Sins 2 so far, especially the focus on faction asymmetry. Very interesting stuff.

I sometimes play on a laptop, an Asus Zephyrus G14, and its 4060 will absolutely spit out every frame the game tries to throw at it. What this ends up meaning, with its 165 Hz display, is that not only is it running at 120+ frames constantly, the laptop is also insanely hot and the fans are running very loud.

I'd be very happy to cap the game at 90 frames. I've found that for most titles that aren't twitch shooters, this is a satisfactory middle ground, and on this laptop it leaves a manageable thermal and power consumption headroom. Ideally, the game should probably have a slider that dips as low as 10 frames and caps out at whatever the display refresh rate is.

I'd appreciate the feature greatly. Thanks!
