The Yor have found a Relic that opens a hyperlink to a undiscovered galaxy with a gas giant at the center. the gas giant is made up of Neon Gas which the yor want to mine. unknown to the Yor the Neon gas is intelligent and every machine controlled by AI is simply possessed and repurposed. The Neon interface and take controll of all AI the Yor Send .

The Yor Declare war on the Neon and send there most advanced weapons and spaceships Which are repossessed by the Neon which now gives them space travel which they use to decimate the Yor and control the Galaxy.

The Yor do develop the weapons to fight the Neon but have neither the resources or the numbers to do so. With no choice left they flee the galaxy taking their new tech and the Relic that got them there and hiding it in another galaxy which trapes the Neon in there own galaxy.

If and when you find this Relic you are faced with a choice leave alone or reboot it, which will open a new tech line of weaponry , a new resource that powers this new tech and the gateway to the Neon Galaxy Hidden from all but those who hold the Relic.

Opening the gateway will lead to war with the Neon who are immune to impact weapons such as Missiles and Kinetic .But the new yor tech like Vacuum Bombs and Atomic displacement beams will even the odds but they require neon Gas to power them.

So to bring this story to be i need a number of mods which I'm having trouble with which i have highlighted.
