I like the idea of the new hover popup windows on the Battle Report.  The popups for the "Evaded", "Absorbed", and "Mitigated" columns are informative, but I think the execution is weak on the popup for the "Weapon" column (shown in screen snapshot below).  The first 3 lines seem to always show the same number, but with slightly different descriptors ("Attack (Potential)", "Attack {Ready)", and "Attack (Ready, In-Range)").    If the report included a line for every weapon on every ship on every phase (turn) then the "Attack (Ready)" and "Attack (Ready, In-Range)" would be of value, but the report currently only shows a line for each weapon that is "in-range" and "ready" so the 3 numbers are the same.

What I think would be of value would be to show the "Attack (Potential)", the factors that reduce the "potential", and the net attack value.  I believe the numbers that appear in the "Weapon" column are the net attack values, but there is nothing helping us to understand how we got from the "potential" value down to the net value.
